EUFIT project develops an innovative training methodology easy to follow on the workplace. Regardless if you are working in office, working remotely from home, in a coworking space or elsewhere you can take a break from sitting, take a few minutes to exercise and get in shape. Our mental firepower is directly linked to our physical regimen. There are several cognitive benefits which you can expect as a result of incorporating regular exercise into your routine:
Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

EUFIT methodology propose a system of exercises for the whole body and could be done regardless the person’s outfit.

The exercises require desk, chair, books, folder, bench, wall or bottle of water etc. but they could be done without any supporting objects typical for office.

I spend an average of 10 hours sitting in a chair in front of a computer at work. Through the exercises that I saw in the videos and the methodology, I try to get up from the chair at least every hour and a half and within 5 to 10 minutes I am active.
I used 15 of the included exercises in the methodology and turned them into a daily routine. I also try to replace my office chair with an exercise ball for at least two hours a day.
Thanks to the methodology, I started to implement some exercises and even use objects from the office for weights.
